1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with Cleaning Diva Services Ltd, you agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time and ensure a safe working environment.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Payments
Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing for commercial contracts.
4. Liability
While we are fully insured, we ask that clients secure any high-value, fragile items before our team arrives.
